Aikdo Kihon Waza 2-Day Intensive
Aikido Eastside will host this two day intensive seminar focusing on the basic techniques of Aikido as contained in the Aikido Schools of Ueshiba Kyu Requirements.
The seminar is open to all affiliations and all levels. The primary emphasis will be on howto apply aiki Mind / Body skills when executing the basic techniques of Aikido. These will include whole body movement, kuzushi on contact and much more.
This should be useful for both students moving up the kyu ranks and instructors responsible for teaching others the fundamental techniques of the art.
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (6 hrs daily)
